Payment & Terms
How does invoicing work?
We invoice after delivery. For projects over €2 000, we split 50/50 — half upfront, half on delivery.
What is the payment term?
14 days net from invoice date. Late payment interest is 8% per annum (Finnish Interest Act).
Is VAT included in the prices?
All prices are excluding VAT (ALV 25.5%). EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID qualify for reverse charge.
Can I cancel a project?
Audits: free cancellation up to 48 hours before. Projects: work completed up to cancellation is billed in full. Subscriptions: 30-day notice.
What about ongoing costs?
Suxem System: €50/month covers hosting, maintenance, and system updates. Website hosting: €50/month if managed by us. No hidden fees.
